A well organized and designed performance centre is essential to creating a good first impression to your athletes. Our performance specialists are also well trained and experienced in setting up and constructing a well-planned, structured performance centre.

 

From the type of floor to the supervision, warm-up, explosive training and other areas specific to a performance centre, we can design and construct it all for your team. Our performance specialist will analyze your facilities and understand the needs. Based on these we arrange and set-up your performance centre.

Some athletes will not be able to reach our performance centre on a day-to-day basis. With our online training program, we can help such athletes and provide them performance training program and guide them with advanced methods. The process of online training is such that, we listen to their needs and the athlete reaches our performance centre to learn and adapt to our methods in 2-4 weeks. We assess their physical and nutritional condition and design an individualized plan. After this initial period, the athlete returns to their place, and we monitor their performance training through live online sessions and advanced technologies. We periodically access and refine their plan for optimal performance.
