ELITE ATHLETES TRAINING

CRICKET OFFSEASON

Strength, speed, and agility are the dominant factors a cricketer will need. Proper offseason training is vital to rebuild these factors and prepare for the season ahead. Our structured offseason program focuses on developing the game-specific mindset and providing efficient ways to recover. We implement our process of listening, design, train and refine the plan and it starts with your physical, nutritional assessments. The individualized training program includes specifics like vertical, horizontal and rotational power development, movement skills, game and role-specific training, and energy system development. Training related to identifying the limiting factor in the running are also included to improve the cricketers’ running techniques. The program will be measured and refined periodically and made sure that the athlete stays on top of his performance.

CRICKET IN-SEASON

An in-season training program is based on the game day of cricketers. Depending on the game day and athlete’s physical condition, we design individualized training, recovery plans along with physiotherapy, pre and post-game nutrition plans. Developing their strength, power, agility and reducing the risk of injury for optimal performance are the prime focus here. The program is combined with the core of an athlete’s performance like mindset, movement, nutrition, and recovery. The program is refined at each stage as the season progresses.

RACQUET SPORTS

The significant factors in sports like badminton, squash and tennis are movement skills, power, endurance and agility. Our athletes’ are trained with latest methods to improve their speed, power, agility, reflexes and endurance. Athletes are also introduced to explosive strength and power training in their individualized training program. Before designing any training program, we follow our process of listening to the athlete’s needs and understanding their requirements. Then an individualized plan is designed after the athlete’s assessments. Nutritional plan, physiotherapy and recovery plan are provided to reduce the risk of injury and to perform at their best throughout the season. Continual revision and alteration of the program are done based on the needs.

SWIMMING

A swimmer should have a powerful start followed by explosive strokes to reach peak power, and endurance to maintain it. Building the strength for these is vital to improve your swim performance. Taking into considerations the needs of the sports and athletes, we design personalized plans. In general, the training will aim to develop the necessary power to perform movements at high speed and strength in the short duration. We combine our process with our plans for optimal performance of athletes. The training will enhance muscle strength, endurance, agility and other significant factors a swimmer would need. A personalized nutrition, recovery plan, along with physiotherapy will also be provided to enhance the performance.

SKATING

We assess the athletes’ physical, nutritional condition and prepare an individualized training program which focuses on the main factors of an athlete’s performance – mindset, movement, nutrition and recovery. The aim is to prepare the athletes to reach their best performance and keep raising the bar to be the best. The program improves their areas of weakness and further develop strength, power, speed and agility which are all essential for their optimal performances.

 

As per our process, we refine the program to keep the athlete updated with latest training methods. We design a short-term and long-term plan, with personalized nutritional plans surrounding your game and training. With our physiotherapy and recovery plans, athletes are taken utmost care to reduce the risk of injury.

HOCKEY

Field hockey requires explosive movements and the ability to generate a large amount of force quickly.

Speed and endurance too play a vital role in the sport. We train our athletes to improve their speed, power, agility, reflexes and endurance and athletes are also introduced to strength and power training.

 

We follow our process of Listen, design, train and refine and we come up with an individualized program for each of our athletes. Depending on the progress and the game days, the program will be altered occasionally. Nutrition, physiotherapy and recovery plans will also be designed for teams and individuals for optimum performance to reduce the risk of injury.

Being a contact team sport, Kabaddi demands the players to have the strength, power, movement, and agility to tackle, dodge and in short, to be in a better position than the opponents."

To start with, we assess the athletes’ physical and nutritional status. With our assessments and your needs as the base, we design an individualized plan for athletes along with the performance factors. Role-specific training is also included in our performance plan. Our physiotherapist will take care of your muscle imbalances, and recovery plans are essential to be at the top of your performance and reduce the risk of injury. A detailed, game and training specific nutrition plan is also provided for your peak performance.

OTHER SPORTS

We can design individualized and structured performance training program for any sport. In general, performance training includes strength and conditioning training, movement skills training, nutrition, physiotherapy and recovery. Our process comprises accessing the athletes’ current situation, understanding their needs, designing a training plan with our assessments and your needs, train and refine the program periodically to stay on top of your performance. We follow the same process across all sports.

BASKETBALL

This is a unique sport which requires immense burst of energy and constant movements in the field. We mainly focus on flexibility training to improve the movement of the player in the field. The strength training allows the player to push the boundaries of physical limitation and explore the maximum capabilities of their bodies. Diet is an important part of the training program which allows to provide the required nutrients which is vital for the player's performance .
